What do you do?

We come out to your home and scoop up all the dog waste that has accumulated in your yard. The waste is double bagged and removed from your property.

 

Do you work through the winter?

Absolutely! Dogs keep making their messes all year long and our company continues to clean up and remove through the winter.

 

What happens when the weather is bad?

We work in most weather. If it's just a light rain or snow, we don't mind. If there is 2 inches or more of snow on the ground, we'll postpone the day's service until the next possible day. If the rain is heavy, we'll most likely return sometime later that week.  If you miss a service day due to weather, you will not be charged.

 

Should I unlock my gate?

Yes. We do not climb or jump over fences. Please have the gate unlocked on your scheduled service day. You may provide us with a key or the combination to the lock.

 

Can you work with our dog in the yard?

We love dogs, but there are times when they don't love us. If you know that your dog is not good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean the yard, we will ask that you restrain or confine your dog while we perform our service.

 

What if we go on vacation?

If for any reason, your dog is not going to be home, just let us know so that we can reschedule. You'll not be charged for the time your dog didn't use your yard.

 

What if we forget to have the yard ready when you arrive as scheduled?

If you forget to unlock the gate, or if the dog will not allow us to do our job, you will be charged your regular service fee for coming out to your home.

 

Are there any contracts to sign?

No. We can start and stop your service at any time with just a phone call. We don't require contracts, there is no minimum service period, and there is no advance notice required to cancel service.

 

Is there an extra charge for the first service?

There is a first time service charge. Please see "RATES" page.

 

What does it mean when your company says "satisfaction guaranteed"?

We promise that we'll do everything we can to give you complete, dependable, and superior service. However, if there is ever a time when our service is not completely to your satisfaction, please let us know right away. We will make it right by either coming back to re-clean the yard or by crediting your account. No questions asked. We know our business depends on doing excellent work, and it is this quality upon which we are staking our reputation.
